Notre proposition est pour cet aménagement : deux chambres adjacents tirées des anciens bureaux « Ancien distillerie »des arrière grand-pères, une salle de bain avec une douche, une cuisine habitable, une très grand terrasse privée. Les lit, dans les chambres à coucher, sont en fer forgé ou « trispiti e tavuli », selon la tradiction paysanne sicilienne.
